Paddling across a lake looking for that perfect fishing hole that you have been told about. Exploring the shoreline trying to take it all in and just enjoying being outside and free. Looking for the right campsite to pitch the tent for the night, then to find firewood to build a nice campfire. Soon the stars appear and you realize just how full the night skies are away from the city lights. I just love being out in my kayak and paddling the waters of New Hampshire.

Photographing all the beautiful flowers we have growing in our attached greenhouse. Getting the light to fall just right and getting the perfect shot.

I like to photograph my wood turnings some of which you will see on this site. Most of the restoration jobs, I will photograph as I progress, to keep a record of what I am doing and as a reference for the customer. I find having a photograph of something I did a year ago, quite often comes in very handy in refreshing the memory of how I approached a certain repair.

Spending time with my wife and soulmate Jackie. Sitting down at the end of a long day and having a cup of coffee and sharing how our day has been. To be a shoulder to lean on or a listening ear, to laugh, this is what makes your life with someone so special. Thank you Jackie.
